Websites to Watch K-Dramas on

Lately, with so many new k-dramas releasing and more people getting into them, one of the most common questions I see is - where can I watch Korean dramas? Well, as someone who struggled for many months before finding consistent websites to watch them on, I got you. While a lot of them release on Netflix, Prime and other streaming platforms, here are five websites that you can watch your favorite Korean dramas on. Keep in mind that there might be geographical restrictions on the websites, but once you get a VPN Chrome Extension, you should be good to go. The extension I use is called “VeePN” and I set it in either Singapore, UK or Paris for it to work smoothly.

  1. Bilibili - Free! If you’re in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia, you should be able to access it without a VPN but for other countries, just switch on the VPN and it’s seamless.

  2. Dramacool - Free! There are no restrictions on this website but if you face any, just use VPN. This is my favorite website from this list because it has so much variety that I find everything here.

  3. MyAsianTV - Free! It’s more or less the same as Dramacool, so the watching experience should be good.

  4. VIU - Free! VIU is fully accessible in Singapore, Bahrain, Egypt, Hong Kong, Jordan, Indonesia, Kuwait, Myanmar, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Thailand and UAE. It’s currently working to come to other countries too but till then, you can use VPN and have it be just as good.

  5. Rakuten Viki: Need subscription! All shows are available on Viki. The only limitation is that there are only some dramas that you can watch for free by logging in. The rest, you have to get a subscription. Also available as a mobile app.

Happy Watching! Let me know if these websites work well for you.
Also, give me feedback and let me know what you want to see more of. Recommendations, news, updates, all of it. Hwaiting!
